Eloping in Arkansas is so magical and the fall months are by far the most popular. Here are some of my favorite places to elope or get married in Arkansas in the Fall.
White Rock Mountain is a beautiful place to elope in the fall! The colors are unmatched out here and there are even some hidden waterfalls nearby.

The Buffalo River is absolutely magical in the fall. The colors truly come alive in mid October through November and you can even see wild elk gathered in Boxely Valley. For this reason, it’s one of my most popular elopement destinations. Whether you choose to elope at Hawksbill Crag, Sam’s Throne, Steel Creek, Tyler Bend, the Lower Buffalo River sections or other places, the Buffalo is absolutely beautiful and wild. Waterfalls run consistently in mid to late November as well.

Eureka Springs is beautiful and colorful, and this unique resort town has some beautiful hidden overlooks along with a glass chapel and beautiful Airbnbs. You can elope on Beaver Lake or the King’s River as well, and I have a lot of hidden gems nearby. You can also stay in Eureka Springs while eloping at the nearby Buffalo River (1-2 hour drive) or Northwest Arkansas areas (1 hour drive).

Arkansas’ highest point is especially beautiful in the fall– November is the best month for a colorful elopement out here! Quiet, peaceful and undisturbed, Mount Magazine has a rugged beauty that is perfect for an adventure elopement. The Lodge at Mount Magazine and the cabins also offer a beautiful place to stay and accommodations for larger weddings or intimate weddings.

Devil’s Den State Park is absolutely beautiful in the Fall and especially in the morning. There is a scenic overlook as well as multiple waterfalls, plus this spot is very close to Fayetteville and Northwest Arkansas.
