I LOVE doing engagement photos on the Buffalo River. K + M traveled from Central Arkansas to get some adventurous engagement photos at Steel Creek and at Sam’s Throne in preparations for their adventurous wedding next October at Petit Jean State Park. We had such a fun time frolicking around and exploring the beautiful area!
The sunset was so pretty from Sam’s Throne overlook. I seriously can’t get over it.

I love this adventurous spot because it offers a little bit of everything– painted bluffs, spots by the river itself, sunny vistas, lots of pretty color in the fall. It’s seriously one of my favorite places to take engagement photos in Arkansas!
