L + L wanted something different for their day, and after looking through a few of my galleries, they decided on Mount Magazine for their adventure elopement. Their spring Arkansas elopement day was so magical and reflected everything I love about elopements.
They got ready at one of the Airbnbs I recommended (shoutout to the OG cabin in Corley!) with their pup and the groom’s mother. I loved how relaxed everything was. I even brought them a bouquet and hairpiece from Thistle Florals in Fayetteville. They had a very sweet first look in the backyard, followed by some pics with their pup and then we were off to Cove Lake and then Mount Magazine.
When we reached the top of the mountain, they picked out the most adventurous spot to say their vows. Their vows were so heartfelt and authentic and I loved being their officiant while also taking their photos. The bride incorporated aspects of her heritage into her day, including the red string of fate that they tied around their fingers and the different red elements of her outfit and floral pieces.
After vows, we adventured around a little more and then cut cake at the Airbnb! The weather was so crisp and cool and a perfect spring day. I really love adventure elopements out here!
Mount Magazine is a beautiful place for an intimate wedding or elopement. I’ve documented many elopements and weddings here and the process is really very easy. There are so many gorgeous spots where you can say your vows, and there are Airbnbs as well as the cabins and lodge so you have somewhere close to stay.
